How does the payment structure work at Ns Constructions?
​We employ Stage by Stage payment structure, Wherein you pay only until the stage has been delivered. Eg. Marking & Excavation Stage, Foundation stage etc.

Does NS Groups have in house Interiors?
​Yes, Its Crucial to plan your interiors right from the start of construction as it will avoid reworks and wastage of resources.

Will I be eligible for tax benefits under constructions sector?
Yes, If the construction was completed any time on or before 31st March 2024 then you are eligible for claiming deduction in the AY 2024-25 u/s 80C and 24(b).
